Start operator session

The shared key is exchanged once over HTTPS, never returned, and never written to localStorage or IndexedDB. The signed session is HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict, and expires after eight hours.

Server authorization unavailable

PLATPHORM_API_KEY is not configured in this deployment.
